NOTICEABOUT THE TRIP
Pack enough clothes for your trip to Ho Tram, but avoid bringing too many unnecessary items.
Bring personal items such as money, jewelry, laptop, mobile phone, and other electronic devices as needed.
Power banks are allowed for the journey.
Do not bring: Flammable or explosive items, sharp objects, metallic items that may pose a safety risk.
Do not bring perishable food such as meat, fruits, or food items with unclear origins.
Note: Ensure your luggage is manageable for loading on to the vehicle. Avoid over packing to ensure comfort and safety during the car journey.
3. LUGGAGE
Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time.
Be on time for all scheduled activities.
Follow gathering times as announced by the tour guide.
Check the landing page regularly for updates.
Save contact numbers of the tour guide and event organizer for assistance.

2. PUNCTUALITY
VIETNAMESE:
Check and bring your original, valid ID card (CCCD/CMND), passport, or driver’s license. They should not be damaged; your photo must be clearly visible for verification procedures.
In case your ID card (CMND/CCCD) is lost, damaged, or not issued yet due to renewal or re-issuance: You can replace it with a Personal Identity Confirmation Letter issued by the local police office of your ward or commune of permanent or temporary residence. The confirmation letter should include your photo, be officially stamped, and remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. FOREIGNER:
Before traveling to Ho Tram by bus, you need to prepare the following documents, along with the following notes:
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months; not torn or have blurred numbers, and should include a clear photocopy.
Visa/temporary residence card/entry permit letter for visa on arrival (if applicable).
Note: If you are exempt from a visa, you only need to bring your passport. Citizens of some countries are exempt from Vietnam visa requirements, such as ASEAN countries, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Sweden, etc.

Check all belongings and personal items to make sure you are not leaving anything behind.
Guests can use all supplies & equipment in the room during their stay, please do not take away (towels, hair dryer, electric iron, telephone, ....). Items broken or lost, if any, will be charged as per the hotel’s policy.
